VB is culinary dining, the way it should be. Our kitchen is chef-driven with every plate from scratch; from our stocks to our proteins, all ingredients are never boxed and precooked. Our boutique wine selection offers over 250 wines from around the world as our wine list, sourced from smaller vineyards and boutique producers instead of the mass produced wine growers. Browse the shelves and pick a bottle for your table. Our wines by the glass are hand-picked gems that we feel deserve to be featured! Each wine by the glass is designed to pair with our menu options.
We love our wines, but we also love our cocktails! Awarded “Best Cocktails”, our bar offers artistically crafted cocktails for every occasion. Bourbon lovers have a home here, especially on Thursdays with Bourbon & Bites night!
